Squatters and their Rubbish

What a wonderful sight greeted my weary eyes this morning when I came to work.  The squatters outside my building (Strand Street) had gone together with their flies - only a few still remain in my factory.

The last fortnight has been a nightmare for me, my neighbours and especially you.  I wish to thank you for the sterling work you have done and the immense trouble you took to facilitate the removal of these people.  I must admit that up to now I have not had much regard for the Improvement Districts (per se), thinking that the extra levies were just another form of taxation.  I am pleased to say that in the case of the Woodstock Improvement District this does not apply.  More importantly, I have also now been made aware of the services you provide and the extent to which you go to effect these services.

Again many thanks to you and your staff - much appreciated.
